COMPANY

What sets a company apart is how it decides.

Every organisation makes decisions that shape its future. We believe rigorous decisions should be practical more often, and the knowledge created through them should remain valuable long after the choice is made.

What we believe

Why we’re building Dendroh.

The limitation has rarely been a lack of sound decision-making methods. It has been the time, cost and coordination required to apply them.

Rigour should not be scarce.

A business committing $200 million to a Super Bowl campaign can justify extensive research, specialist analysis, competing scenarios and experienced people challenging the assumptions. The same business makes hundreds of other important decisions each year. They still need evidence and experienced judgement, but they cannot all support a Super Bowl-sized budget. Dendroh was founded to make that work practical more often, matching the effort to the decision.

Experience should shape the work.

Technology can gather information, investigate questions and compare options. People know how the business actually works. They can spot when a document is misleading, when an exception matters and when an assumption does not fit reality. Their experience should shape the work as it happens. It should always be clear who is allowed to decide and who is accountable.

WHERE THIS IS GOING

Agents will do more of the research, the analysis and, within defined authority, the deciding.

That makes it more important to preserve the context, challenge and professional judgement that shaped the work, not merely its final output.

03

The next generation should inherit more than the outcome.

Much of an organisation’s expertise is learned by doing the work: seeing why an experienced colleague challenges a forecast, rejects a promising option or notices the detail that changes the recommendation. As AI undertakes more of the research and analysis, organisations will need to be more deliberate about how that knowledge is shared.

We want the work of deciding to make the organisation more knowledgeable, not simply produce an outcome.
A HUMAN EXAMPLE

A new colleague opens a decision made before they joined.

Instead of seeing only the chosen route, they can examine the alternatives considered, the evidence challenged, the assumptions that mattered and why one option was chosen.

They still need experience and guidance. They begin with more of the context their predecessors had.
